Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed and shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 73036 00722. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds:
- Due to the perishable nature of our spices, we are unable to offer refunds on any orders once they have been shipped.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll verify the contents of your shipment and promptly send you the missing item(s).
How to Request a Replacement or Store Credit:
- To request a replacement or store credit for a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us at 73036 00722.
- Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
Additional Information:
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse replacements if we believe abuse is occurring.
- Shipping costs for replacement items will be covered by Eucalia if the mistake was ours.
